Electric Bike Thumb Throttle Adapter Kit

The thumb throttle adapter is compatible with Rad, Lectric, Pedego, Himiway, Magicycle, and Ecotric electric bikes. This adapter includes a thumb throttle conversion adapter with a stainless steel 304 screw and brass threaded insert. Additionally, it is made of PETG, a material stronger and more environmentally stable than PLA. It offers thermal and durability similar to ABS but is easier to print with no unpleasant fumes during printing.

The integrated injection molding of this adapter ensures durability, high hardness, and high precision, making it resistant to fractures. It alleviates uncomfortable wrist positions commonly experienced with twist grips, reducing hand fatigue and cramping. You can easily convert your RAD twist grip to a thumb throttle with our attachment, and the twist grip remains available if you wish to switch between styles.

This design allows for easy use of the twist throttle using only your thumb, not your wrist. It features a cinch strap for a secure, non-slip attachment to your throttle, with installation taking less than 60 seconds. The enjoyment of using this adapter will last the lifetime of your bike.

The installation process is simple and reliable, with the throttle booster opening under external force to allow for the insertion of the throttle switch. You can adjust the angle along the oil return direction according to your preferences. Note: The 2017-19 models may fit other twist grip throttles with a 37mm diameter, while the 2020-2021 models may fit twist grip throttles of 41mm diameter. Be sure to select the appropriate year for all RAD Runners.
